Purpose:
To insure appropriate, well maintained faculties, equipment and materials necessary for baptism; to assist the candidates in preparing for their baptism; and to assist the pastor in administering the ordinance.

Duties:

See that all necessary garments, supplies, equipments, and facilities, are in order prior to each baptismal service
Show candidates where to change and answer questions they may have
Assist candidates into and out of baptistery and into their dressing room.
Appoint one Deacon to assist the pastor before and after the service
Arrange for baptismal garments, towels , and other supplies to be washed for next service.

Women

“Godly women ‘Glorifying God’ by working together in ‘Love’ and ‘Unity’” John 13:34:35

Mission Statement
"To empower the member of the women's auxiliary to carry out the Great Commission, to encourage a greater participation in reaching out to the youth and other individuals with special needs, develop home mission, foreign mission, education, and evangelism ministries to fulfill the objectives."

Yearly Goals

Discuss with Pastor functions of ministry and co-operation as well as expectations
Secure a Mission Guide
Distribute invitation to all women to attend monthly meetings using Sunday's bulletins and personal phone calls, as a means of communication
Develop: memberships, library, vision, look-out, and mission study course committees
Organize "Prayer Bands" of women who will engage in private daily prayer converting special objects of need, or special fields of missionary endeavor
Teach challenging lessons form the bible, at least once a month
Find young women who will benefit from misty
Engage in program for Soul Winning as most important objective
Ministry will conduct service on 5th Sunday of the month unless stated otherwise
Ministry will do special work for invalids and shut ins which maybe classes as personal service
Ministry will aide and assist with down cast women
Minister to one another through prayer and encouragement in the world
